Full Planning

Our Full Planning package sounds exactly as it reads, a comprehensive wedding planning package for the client who wants to avoid the stresses of planning + wants to have the professionals take the reins. When booking our Full Planning package, we will plan and curate every aspect of your wedding day from booking a venue, being the main communicator amongst your vendors, and managing your budget, all the way to coordinating + executing your entire wedding day from start to finish. With access to our exclusive planning portal, you are able to make decisions and communicate with your planner at your own convenience throughout the entire planning process. We will work with you to create a wedding day that showcases your unique relationship + is truly unforgettable.

Partial Planning

Our Partial Planning package is a happy medium between the Full & Month-Of packages, and is the best fit for the client who likes to plan, but wants help along the way. From recommending vendors, to help with overall aesthetics, a partial planner will keep you on track throughout the entire planning process. This package also offers access to our exclusive planning platform where you are able to chat with your planner & access all of your wedding day information.

Month-Of Planning

Our most popular & lowest planning package, the Month-Of Planning package is the perfect fit for the client who loves planning themselves but wants a planner to coordinate the last bit of it, catch all the details, and be their go-to on all things month & day-of. Our Month-Of Planning package starts 4-6 months out, and focuses the most on the month & day-of your wedding.

Design & Rentals

For the client who needs help creating a vision for their event, or just wants to add the finishing touches, our design service is the perfect fit. We offer a variety of rental items, decor, and floral elements to execute your dream wedding or event vision. Our inventory is ever changing, and is sure to fit your vision for your event or wedding day dreams.

Courtney + James

White Willow is amazing to work with and truly made our big day memorable and so special. All the flowers and decorations were exactly what we envisioned. We had sequin decorations sprinkled throughout the decorations and the veranda decorated with a chandelier and draping was like a dream come true! All of our guests keep telling us how beautiful the setup and decorations were! The White Willow staff truly care about making sure everything runs smoothly and went above and beyond to remove a church display on the altar in order to make the church look like we had always dreamt. (They also put the display back once we were finished).
Tasha, our wedding coordinator, was also fantastic. She made sure all the vendors and wedding party were on time and nothing slipped through the cracks. Ahead of time, she contacted all of our vendors, created a detailed timeline, and made sure we didn’t have to worry or stress about anything. She also took time to answer any questions we had and helped me navigate issues I had with an unresponsive vendor. I can’t speak highly enough about Tasha and White Willow. They are the best of the best!

I would VERY highly recommend Taylor and her crew at White Willow Events! As a busy bride who was working night shift and relatively new to the Des Moines area at the time, Taylor took the stress of wedding planning completely off my shoulders.
The vendors she works with are also wonderful. I felt like I was very well taken care of and they all listened to what I wanted and didn’t want, and completely exceeded my expectations! The music, food, transportation, decorations and venues were all perfect – we received so many compliments throughout the night!
One of the best parts of White Willow is their day-of services. My family, wedding party, husband and myself didn’t have to lift a finger all day! We simply woke up in the morning, got ready and showed up at the ceremony. Taylor’s crew took care of all the logistics of the day including decorations, transportation and making sure we stuck to the very well thought out timeline we had put together. They even went and got coffee for my bridesmaids who needed a little boost before the ceremony!
Overall, it was the most perfect, stress-free day I could have ever imagined. If I could go back and relive the entire day I would do it over and over again. THANK YOU to Taylor and her staff at White Willow Events for being the best at what you do and helping brides like me create the perfect wedding day.
