I would VERY highly recommend Taylor and her crew at White Willow Events! As a busy bride who was working night shift and relatively new to the Des Moines area at the time, Taylor took the stress of wedding planning completely off my shoulders.
The vendors she works with are also wonderful. I felt like I was very well taken care of and they all listened to what I wanted and didn’t want, and completely exceeded my expectations! The music, food, transportation, decorations and venues were all perfect – we received so many compliments throughout the night!
One of the best parts of White Willow is their day-of services. My family, wedding party, husband and myself didn’t have to lift a finger all day! We simply woke up in the morning, got ready and showed up at the ceremony. Taylor’s crew took care of all the logistics of the day including decorations, transportation and making sure we stuck to the very well thought out timeline we had put together. They even went and got coffee for my bridesmaids who needed a little boost before the ceremony!
Overall, it was the most perfect, stress-free day I could have ever imagined. If I could go back and relive the entire day I would do it over and over again. White Willow is amazing to work with and truly made our big day memorable and so special. All the flowers and decorations were exactly what we envisioned. We had sequin decorations sprinkled throughout the decorations and the veranda decorated with a chandelier and draping was like a dream come true! All of our guests keep telling us how beautiful the setup and decorations were! The White Willow staff truly care about making sure everything runs smoothly and went above and beyond to remove a church display on the altar in order to make the church look like we had always dreamt. (They also put the display back once we were finished).
Tasha, our wedding coordinator, was also fantastic. She made sure all the vendors and wedding party were on time and nothing slipped through the cracks. Ahead of time, she contacted all of our vendors, created a detailed timeline, and made sure we didn’t have to worry or stress about anything. She also took time to answer any questions we had and helped me navigate issues I had with an unresponsive vendor. I can’t speak highly enough about Tasha and White Willow. We are so glad we had Taylor and her White Willow Events staff take the lead on big day! It was such a relief knowing everything the would be handled. They coordinated our day and also did our florals and decor. Everything was perfect and we couldn’t have asked for more!!! I would highly recommend White Willow Events to ANY person looking to have a beautiful wedding! I am not the type of person who likes to plan or micro manage anything let alone my own wedding! I told them my tastes, budget (which wasn’t overly large) and what I like/don’t like and they took it from there! Since we were planning our wedding from out of town I knew we were going to need some help. From the moment I met Taylor I knew that she was definitely who we would want for our special day.
