Full Planning

Our Full Planning package sounds exactly as it reads, a comprehensive event planning package for the client who wants to avoid the
stresses of planning & wants to have the professionals take the reins. When booking our Full Planning package, we will plan and curate
every aspect of your event, from booking a venue, being the main communicator amongst your vendors, and managing your budget, all
the way to coordinating & executing your entire event from start to finish. You are able to make decisions and communicate with your
planner at your own convenience throughout the entire planning process. We will work with you to create an event that is
unforgettable.

Partial Planning

Our Partial Planning package is a happy medium between the Full & Month-Of packages, and is the best fit for the client who likes to plan,
but wants help along the way. From recommending vendors, to help with overall aesthetics, a partial planner will keep you on track
throughout the entire planning process.

Month-Of Planning

Our lowest planning package, the Month-Of Planning package is the perfect fit for the client who loves planning themselves but wants a
planner to coordinate the last bit of their event, catch all the details, and be their go-to on all things month & day-of. Our Month-Of Planning package starts 4-6 months out, and focuses the most on the month & day-of your event.

Design & Rentals

For the client who needs help creating a vision for their event, or just wants to add the finishing touches, our design
service is the perfect fit. We offer a variety of rental items, decor, and floral elements to execute your dream event
vision. Our inventory is ever changing, and is sure to fit your vision for your event dreams.

Our team will facilitate delivery, set up, and tear down of all rental and floral items. Fees for set up, tear down, and
delivery are variable based upon the amount of time, staff, and transportation all rental and floral items require to
execute properly & in a timely fashion. 5% design service fee also applied [5% of floral & rentals combined.]

We have had the pleasure to partner with White Willow on several occasions now and have been so pleased! They think of everything, make sure every detail is executed perfectly and make the entire process easy. Even with any last minute changes you may throw their way, they always make it work.
